IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF CPS BROKE THEIR BONES

http://www.flds.ws/2008/06/06/it-would-have-been-better-if-cps-broke-their-bones/

As the parents of the Ranch are now finding out, the harm done to their children during the last two month’s is far greater than the State of Texas could have hoped for.

The Governor and Judge Walther’s can search the Nation from one end of it to the other, they will not find a single mental health or child psychologist who will not agree that the manner in which these children were removed from their parents care would cause emotional and psychological harm that will endure well into the future, if not permanently.

The children are broken.

Last night I received a message on my computer. It simply read “HELP!”.

A Mother, with her community and support system now devastated and spread all over the State, was pleading to find a way to return her children back to the way they once were.

“…My children are terrified to live in San Angelo, because in their minds, that means they will be under the jurisdiction of Barbara Walther and Angie Voss and Sheriff Doran, and nothing I can say brings reassurance to their minds about that.”

“…My eight year old wouldn’t even go to sleep, but she piled in bed with me and was content with nothing less than wrapping herself around me, and sleeping right on top of me, making it so neither one of us could sleep. She repeatedly plead with me to pack us up and leave before the CPS came to get her.”

“…It is so very hurtful to see my children deteriorate so much since before the raid. They used to be sweet, and happy and quiet. yet full of personality, and they were busy and loved to Bless others. Now, they are acting terrofied, selfish, loud, boisterous, lazy and bitter towards their oppressors.”

“…I am not going to demand the State pay my way. I would sooner live in poverty.”

“…I must do all I can to create a Heavenly place for my children to find again what has been lost.”

To civilized people, it is beyond comprehension why people who are supposed to be in the business of protecting children would intentionally inflict this kind of pain and abuse on completely innocent children.

Unless you are an incompetent fool, you do not rip nursing children from their Mothers arms and move them hundred’s of miles away from their Mother and not KNOW you are harming that child.

You do not bust into a child’s home with guns drawn and ready to fire and not KNOW you are terrorizing that toddler.

You do not separate children from the only support they have ever known and not KNOW that child is going to be permanently harmed.

You do not strip them of everything they once had including their Faith and not KNOW that what you do is wrong.

These children neither know or care about legalities, agenda’s, policies, procedures or political posturing, they only know that the garden of a world they once lived in has been destroyed and they are searching for love, comfort and security where it will not be found and they don’t understand why.

For them, this is their Holocaust.

People,

Maggie and her children have to leave the area of the Ranch, the children will not be comforted.

Through the generosity of one of our readers, we have arranged for her to move her and her children to another place, where hopefully, Maggie can work her magic and heal the hurt that has been inflicted.

The nightmare is far from over, we must keep at our work.

She needs cash and she needs Gift Cards from stores like 7-11, Home Depot, Department Stores, Pharmacy’s, etc.

Once she’s established, she’s going to need a consistent way of paying her bills, and we need to find a Church or a Service organization that is willing to commit to adopting not only her, but family’s like Sarah’s until they can get back on their feet.

Maggie CANNOT go out and work, she MUST heal her children first. We need to find the way, we need to fix that which the State has broken and walked away from.

Hi Bill,

A couple of quick questions. Have the women who were illegally kept in custody as “disputed minors” filed against the state? I sincerely hope they decide to do so.

Second, ad litem Malonis has demonstrated an agenda that has nothing to do with the best interests of her client since the beginning of all of this, as demonstrated by her actions and statements to the press (Especially, the Nancy Grace appearances.). Has the family had any luck in removing her as ad litem and replacing her with someone who will act on their clients best interests and not those of CPS and the state? I find her CPS styled press releases very offensive and most definitely not in the best interests of her client. There are laws in place that are supposed to protect the confidentiality of alleged abuse cases regarding minors, as this woman has pointed out in numerous public statements, yet she has herself broken that confidentiality with her recent statements. That alone should be grounds for her removal.

Thanks, I’ll check back later.

Sincerely,

JJ

I will call the Ranch and bring their attention to your post immediately. With all due respect to the children’s Attorney’s to date, they don’t seem to have done a very effective job of preventing their clients from going forward in a never ending slavery to the whims of CPS. I thought we had all ready emancipated the slaves, but apparently not.

As far as Lawsuits, if I was an Elder, I’d be making plans to change the name of the State to Zion immediately after I was done with Texas.

These remind me of some bad dream that you wish you could wake up from. Those poor children and the parents that have to see them hurt this way. I don’t blame her for wanting to be home with them to heal.

I hope Walthers and co. are REAL proud of themselves!

How can anyone be so STUPID or just plain EVIL?

7 wonderingwonderer { 06.06.08 at 1:53 pm }

If Judge Walthers was told to vacate her orders, doesn’t that mean, starting at the moment the order was given, that she had no jusrisdiction over the FLDS families?

What she and the CPS did was illegal (according to the highest Texas courts). So, why did ALL the parents have to sign the SAME requirements to get their children back? I thought the whole thing was she/they couldn’t “blanket” the entire community.

I can see how they “might” have needed to show id when they picked up their children, but other than that, wasn’t the court order that any “control” Walthers and CPS had over the FLDS vacated.

I guess my question is…WHY DOES WALTHERS/CPS HAVE ANY SAY over what the FLDS do at this point? And why is the Texas Supreme Court allowing it?

Re: Bill

Add to your list gift cards to Walmart and Target and such.. These are big chains here in Texas that are readily available. Kroger, Minyards, HEB, Albertsons are grocery stores (exclusive) that are in the area…

The suits are NOT closed on any of the children. There was not a challenge made that the original order that allowed the children to be taken from the ranch was illegal.

The ruling that set the children free overturned only the order that provided custody following the 14 day hearing.

Even that order has what are numerous orders still in effect at this time, plus some Walthers added (like stay in Texas…).

What the parents signed is a release authorization, which is like giving the state a receipt that acknowledges they received the children back.

Their signature does not add anything else that I could find.

Hope that helps.
:)

OPPS!!!

The suit was officially closed on the status hearing for that Sarah they never had!!

Almost 60 days after they knew they’d never find that Sarah.

You all really should get together with other parents in Texas who have been wronged by CPS and do a big lawsuit. If you don’t I think the harassment will continue indefinitely.

Good morning Bill,

Well it took a second cup of coffee and another look at the post linking my comment to that “Celebrity” Nancy Grace site before I got past the repeated blinking and “What?” stage. Now that the coffee has kicked in & I’m awake, I just want to say that I did not post that. I am conflicted on being being quoted on such a site. Never knew it existed before this morning. I don’t consider that woman a celebrity and disapprove of the show, the hate and fear she creates with her views.

But if it links just one individual who will take the time to read this site and see that there is a whole other world where people take the time to think and use reason before condemning cultures they don’t understand, perhaps it’s a good thing. Keep up the good work.

Sincerely

JJ

Here is a link to what Brigham Young had to say about civilization.

http://www.fldstruth.org/sysmenu.php?MParent=BELIEFS&MIndex=142

I think it applies perfectly well in this situation, as well as it did 100 plus years ago. What is civilization? Why are they so determined to ruin the FLDS people? Because they have control of their children? CPS’s version of civilization definitely isn’t mine and it isn’t the FLDS either.
