As a kid I remember the Jeep "van pickups" from the early 1960s, similar to the Volkswagen Bus pickup but with the engine behind the seats, a configuration later adopted by the "compact vans". You can just recognize the Wrangler cab and grille parts. The thing looks too jacked up to be stable enough to be a consumer vehicle, but looks tough as heck for off-road utility pickup altenative to a full-size 4x4 pickup.
